Below is a rotating list of articles with brief introductions or descriptions that are either free for back-linking for my clients or are for sale directly from me.
This is not the only place on which these are advertised, so beware that these are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
If you are interested in posting any of these articles to your own blog or website, here are the conditions:
You will be granted one-use-only rights. You must include the byline with my name or my client’s name as the author with a site link in the resource box that I will provide.
Payment for my article sales will be by PayPal only, and payment must be received prior to my sending you the article; I will have the byline and resource info included. Buyer pays all PayPal fees in sending or receiving. All payments that cause a receipt fee will be refunded, and the content remains my sole property. Hint: Mass pay option takes care of receipt fee!
My articles must be published with my byline and back-link within seven (7) days of delivery. (I cc:myself all emails, so I know when they’re delivered.) Failure to publish surrenders posting/claiming privileges. No refunds will be issued.
Sorry, but for both accounting and marketing reasons, no “give-backs”; see above.
I reserve the right to display the paid content in my portfolio, which may be used for marketing purposes.
By contacting me at the email address noted below, you agree to all Terms and Conditions.
Regarding my article use, you cannot:
1. Claim authorship or use any other name as a pseudonym on the free content. If you want those rights on the paid content, we can discuss it;
2. Reuse or reconfigure or rewrite into new or different content, called “derivative work”;
3. Distribute the paid content to others or allow others to use it without my separate and expressed consent; my client must approve second-site use of the free content. Contact me in those cases, and I’ll contact my client;
4. Change the resource box(es) in any way.
5. Post on your site more than one article per back-link on the free articles.
You can:
1. Use one of each back-linked, free content type on your own site or blog.
2. Use free content per above in conjunction with as many of the paid articles with my own resource box as you would like.
3. Brag like mad that you got great content without having to write it yourself!
4. Refer others to me. (I give great thank-you gifts for referrals!)
