Greetings!
I suppose one of the most relevant things that I can say about myself is that I don’t like to talk about myself. I prefer my pen or keyboard do my talking for me, for I’m a writer, hence “wordsmith” in my WP user name, my Twitter user name and the nickname (versus the display name, which is my writing pseudonym) on my Facebook page. I also own a small marketing company, but I prefer the writing side of my income interests.
Here, it’s all about words — how they flow from one to another, how they intermingle and paint the imagination, present solid argument and dance the magic steps of creating a desired response.
First and foremost, I am a freelance writer. I write whitepapers, blogs, articles, sales copy, advertisements and occasionally a press release if the subject interests me or the price is right! I do not write homework, lesson plans or anything that promotes illegal activity. I have written e-books and ghost-written novels — fiction, that is. I love to write poetry, but I have little time for that indulgence.
I am not opposed to simple transcription of term papers, thesis papers or the like: I just won’t write them for anyone. I believe that cheats the student, the education system and the integrity of any qualification gained from it.
Occasionally, I’ll have free content available for website owners and bloggers. Primarily, they are written for back-linking for my clients. I also now and again have available for sale original content on a wide variety of topics. My rates are reasonable, and I can write one-off pieces or a regular diet of articles and blog posts if that’s what clients want.
If I have no available content on the Table of Content page, I might have some for free at My Blog Guest. Look for “wordsmithworker,” and I have content up for grabs, you’ll find me. If I temporarily have no articles up, meander to my profile there. The MBG widget at the bottom of this page and the Table of Content page is new. It’s rather cute, isn’t it?
If you need quality content written for your website, including page content, blog posts, whitepapers or almost any other platform, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
On the Internet, quality content is king, and your content needs reign!
I love the term wordsmith. I once wrote a short story called wordsmith about a man who could make whatever he wrote come true. Just the sort of blog I love to read; all about writing.
Hi, IB. Thanks for stopping by, and it’s mostly about writing, yes. Once upon a time, I had a different focus on it, but (don’t tell the search engines) that’s because it was political campaign time. Shhhhh….. Everybody was clicking on political stuff, and one sure way to improve your search engine position is to write about what people are searching for.
Your story idea is an interesting one. Would you care to share it in a guest post? You’d get a back-link and a byline out of it.
Besides, I’d love to read it. It’s both a networking/support thing and a name thing, you know?
Oh, I’m not too sure. This was like grade 10 stuff, I really only mentioned it because of your name, not because I am particularly proud of the story. I would love an opportunity for a guest post though, and if you gave me time I would heavily edit my short story to bring it up to a standard I am happy with and then let you know. Obviously any extra publicity is very welcome.
No problem. Just contact me via the Guest Poster page with whatever full content you’d wish and your byline at the end of it, and if it’s “suitable” (read: PG/NC17 and not about illegal stuff), I’ll put it up for you. Just give me a copyright date on the content.
Forget the instructions there; I have to edit that page. Had someone try to hack from a guest poster login, and I cancelled that procedure.
Great. I will be in touch and will look forward to future posts from you.
